When you sign in with Microsoft, we receive your name and email address from your Microsoft account. We store these to identify your account. We do not have access to your calendar data directly — calendar data is fetched from Microsoft Graph API using credentials you authorise and is displayed on your panel pages only.
When you grant admin consent, Teams Panel is authorised to read room calendar data from your Microsoft 365 tenant via the Microsoft Graph API. We use this solely to display meeting room schedules on your panel pages. We do not store meeting content beyond an in-memory cache used to render the display.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Account data and any files you upload (such as background images) are stored securely on servers located within the EU.
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymised page-view data. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events. Session cookies are used solely to maintain your signed-in state.
If you are based in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the support system built into your dashboard (Settings → Support) or contact us using the details in section 7.
